1. Who we are

Idealize CRM is the controller of data collected on this Platform and is committed to protecting your privacy, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

2. Data we collect

  • Registration: name, email, company name, password (encrypted).
  • Usage: access logs, IP, browser, actions performed on the Platform.
  • Content: data you enter (leads, contacts, proposals, etc.).
  • Payment: billing data processed by partner gateways (we do not store cards).

3. How we use your data

  • Provide, maintain and improve Platform services;
  • Authenticate access and protect against fraud;
  • Send operational and marketing communications (with opt-out);
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Multi-tenant isolation

Each company's data is isolated via Row Level Security (RLS). No organization has access to another's data.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with essential providers (hosting, payment processing, AI), which follow strict security standards, or when required by law.

6. Artificial Intelligence

When you use the AI Assistant, fragments of your organization's context are sent to the model provider only to generate the requested response. Your data is not used to train third-party models.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and Platform operation, and anonymized analytics cookies to understand usage and improve experience.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Confirm the existence of processing of your data;
  • Access, correct or delete your data;
  • Request portability;
  • Revoke consent and object to processing.

9. Security

We employ encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access control, continuous monitoring and regular backups.

10. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After cancellation, data may be retained for the applicable legal term and then permanently deleted.
