1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Idealize CRM ("Platform"), you agree fully to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
Idealize CRM is a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform offering sales management, sales pipeline, proposals, automations and AI for sales teams.
3. Registration and Account
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. The information provided at registration must be true, accurate and up to date.
4. Permitted Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
- Attempt to access data of other organizations;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise security;
- Send spam, malicious or harassing content through the Platform.
5. Plans and Payments
Idealize CRM offers free and paid plans. Prices and conditions are described on the pricing page. Recurring charges will be made according to the plan, with no mandatory commitment.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its code, brand, design and features are exclusive property of Idealize. Customer-entered data remains its property.
7. Suspension and Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account anytime in settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Idealize CRM is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from Platform use, except as required by law.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. We will notify relevant changes via email or in the Platform itself.
